After two ground breaking dub festivals in New York City that brought you Scientist, Kode9, Lee Scratch Perry, Clive Chin, Appleblim & more, Subatomic Sound partners with Bun Fire Squad, RAW Vienna, and more to launch the first Dub Champions Festival in Europe in one of the world’s great musical cities: Vienna, Austria. The festival will span Feb 5-7 and, as in NYC, it will extend from the reggae roots of dub to the future of bass music, featuring legendary artists from Jamaica who invented dub as well as the latest innovators from around the globe who continue to push the sound forward in electronic music. The festival will feature performances as well as educational workshops (Wed, Feb 6).
